Counsel of Wicked

1 Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.
3 He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.
4 Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.
Psalm 1:1-6

Time to unite like the Pastors from Bishop Torres' District against the HGB, and send a firm message. Bishops, Pastors and ministers unite together to stand against the counsel of the wicked. What can the eight honorable persons do against a united front.

It's in your hands now, Will you follow the the counsel of the Lord, or stay the course toward where things are going now following the counsel of the forces of the ungodly?

Can Of Worms

Looks like the can of worms has been opened. Seems that today three members of the HONORABLE GENERAL BOARD went to Texas to remove Bishop Torres, and have the Pastors elect a new bishop.

If there was any doubt in any one's mind of the wrongful doings back in Nov. 2006 at the General Elections of fraud. I think this action speaks on its own merits.

Seems Sanchez took Pacheco and Aguilar to back him up to do his dirty work. This two don't meet the qualifications to even be on the board, let alone go do what they did in Texas.

This is one can of worms that the HGB will never be able to sweep under the carpet.

If the HGB can do this to a Man Of God, just think what they will do to you or me.

Flood the the headquarters with your e-mails protesting. Its time for us to stand up!

Perhaps what they did was fine under the laws of our land, but before god it was a disgrace.

SPIRITUAL ABUSE

What is spiritual abuse? Someone in power and in a leadership position tries to control, manipulate or dominate someone or a group. Often in the way of fear by saying don't go up against God's anointed. But doesn't 2nd Cor. 1:20-22 teach us that we are all his anointed? All of us sealed with the Holy ghost.
Why then the twisting of the teachings? For Power? glory? riches? Don't touch God"s anointed! Or a curse will fall on you. Sadly that has been the teaching of the Apostolic Assembly since its birth. One of the main reasons we are where we are today.
"If we turn our heads and allow abuse to continue, pretend it never happened, or excuse it because it occurs outside of our group. We may later find ourselves the victim of such abuse. How many must be hurt before it is addressed and seen for what it is."
by Lois E. Gibson
We the members of the Assembly have been taught not to go against this so called Anointed Men of God, and to only let God handle the problem if the leadership has done wrong. Look where Sanchez and company have gotten us with that way of thinking.
Some say that the church has done a lot of good, but does that excuse the bad that has been done by the HGB?
Times abuse is caused by weak spiritual Pastors that shouldn't be Pastoring, or in real life are scared frighten men who push their weigh around to make them feel like the man they are not. When really they are spine less individuals.
The women of our assembly have been on the receiving end of our fearless leaders abuse. Most times it turns out that these men are perverts, and go on doing business under the HGB knowledge.
Things can't go on the way they have been going.
The abuse must stop.

GREED

After reading some comments on another blog, seems that GREED plays an important factor in all of the Assembly's election problems
Men getting three or four salaries is a big example of the beginnings of corruption. Plus the nice offerings given to this supposed men of GOD that go to speak at different functions.
Years ago a bishop was not a pastor and devoted his time serving the district he served. Now a bishop will not visit and has no idea or in some cases doesn't even care of the condition of the local churches under his care. Sits there on his throne and makes decisions for local churches that he has no idea what is going on. That's why power hungry abusive pastors are allowed to keep on doing their thing.
Honorable General Board members should not be bishops, pastors etc. That creates a window of opportunity for greed to come in, as it has. HGB members have family, close friends, and their local church members on the AA payroll, and as I have read and in my opinion is there a large portion of kick backs going to someone or a chosen few. Money picked up for missions or other good works have been sliced at the top. For what? For whom?
How can man with a track record of greed that goes far back be voted in. No I take that back he was not voted in. Two votes out of over 600 votes is not what I call being voted in.
There needs to be a change. Bad thing is that it won't happen overnight, but all in due process Our Lord will doing the cleaning and not us, and we can thank God that he is the one that does it and not man.

The Ship is Sinking

Rumor is that the lawyer Representing the The HGB and the QC has abandon the ship. Rumor is, that he told Sanchez it was better to settle it out of court.

I guess when a Lawyer advices you that its better to settle it out of court, and you don't follow his advice, he has no choice but to quit. My guess is that he sees it as a losing case.

I guess the Honorable President Sanchez would rather go down with the ship, then to admit wrong doing.

Or maybe its just the pride that won't allow him to come to the reality that the ship is going down, and rather then to make things right, he would rather see the whole AA go down.

Proverbs 16:18..... Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.

Either way the whole membership will come up losers.

There are not to many Good Pastors left out there you can turn to. Most are just there for the pay check and title, and run their church like a dictator. Insulting and pushing their weight around using scare tactics, like don't go up against God's Anointed.

Instead of Healthy Pastors we have some that are really sick.

Now that's what the HGB should have been concern about, more then their power trip and lining their pockets.

What Good Did It Do?

What Good did it do for Sanchez and Valverde to go to DC and try to do who knows what?
My opinion is, it was a waste of our money. First Class flight, five star hotel, wine and dine at the finest. For what? For Rove to report back to the president with not a very favorable review.
They might have gained the world but lost so much. First their self respect, and now the respect probably of the majority of the AA membership.
Bad thing is, it was not just this one trip, but more. I think I even saw Maffey's Picture somewhere in front of the White House.
What a waste of Money. When Pastors and missionaries out there can't make it, Like the Pastor from Mississippi.

The Love of Money

The convention is over and so is all the hoop la. I believe the AA is in the place it is now because of the greed and love of money.
Sad to say it will be bussiness as always. We can't change anything with all the greed and power hunger of the GB, but we can send a powerful message. Stop your tithes, no not the support to your local church. I read on the other blog that if give your tithes as offerings they can't take off the 10% that goes to General Headquarters.
We might not be able to change things with our opinions, but lets hit them where it going to hurt. In their pocket books!
Give your tithes as offerings or to the rescue mission, home for battered women, but Don't leave your local church dry.
Send the GB a message I started already.
PS: Take Del Campo he is General Board member, District Bishop and, Pastor. Thats three salaries if I am not mistaken. Plus $1,000.00's in expenses for traveling, eating and who knows what else. Its just not right!

Just For Fun

Ran into this today and thought it reflected some of our leadership.

What Went Wrong?

I sit here asking myself what in the world went wrong? How in the world did this so called men of God allow themselves to be used by other forces other then our Lord's?

It's hard for me to figure that one out. Because looking at my life, and I consider my self the least, bottom of the barrel when it comes to serving God, but as for my wife and I, having worked with the young people's group and Jr's, and raising quite a bit of funds for their trips to Disney Land, Magic Mountain and lots of other activities we never misused any funds. We even paid our own way to all the functions, not wanting to use money that the parents had helped work hard to raise for the young people. Quite a few times, even the stuff that we had to buy for the fund raisers came from our own pockets.

I know we all fall short of being perfect, and don't look at men in place of God, but I expect my leaders to be a little better then me, and believe me that wouldn't be hard to do.

Right now with the pastor we have, I think we would be better off without one. Healthy Pastors what a joke. I guess as long they send in their quotas they can go on mistreating the congregations as they please.

I tried once to to inform the bishop of things that were happening, and he hit me up with slander and defamation, I was asking for help and got shot down, and this same Bishop was a member of the QC in 2006. How do you think that makes me feel?

You hide behind the the pulpit "don't touch God's Anointed". What about a better one, "God tells the Pastors and Bishops not to scatter the flock and mistreat them". Follow that one, maybe we will learn to respect you again.

Sure, our Pastor uses the Staff, but not to gather the flock, but to beat us with it.

God Have Mercy on all Of Us.

Wolves Among the Sheep

I still feel the need for an all Anonymous posting Blog. Members of the AA need to know what is going on, which ever it might be, good or bad. We have been kept in the dark way to long, and feel that is one of the reasons we are where we are today.

Bad thing is for every good Bishop or Pastor out there that is good, there seems to be two or three bad ones. Members need to know about the Bishops, Pastors, Choir Directors, Teachers etc. that are taking advantage of members of our assembly both financially and sexually., and are just moved to the mission field or other churches.

Worst thing is that some are being put in areas where they can use their influence even more for their dirty little games.
So saying that, and after the day we had yesterday I will need to approve all Anonymous comments before posting them.
And to the one posting the "prepubescent little sissy" comment, you don't me know and I'm glad I don't know you, but if you have anything else to say, post it, I will read it and if you don't want it posted I won't.
Again I want to say how sorry I was about some of the comments yesterday, those were not my intensions.
