The Love of Money

The convention is over and so is all the hoop la. I believe the AA is in the place it is now because of the greed and love of money.
Sad to say it will be bussiness as always. We can't change anything with all the greed and power hunger of the GB, but we can send a powerful message. Stop your tithes, no not the support to your local church. I read on the other blog that if give your tithes as offerings they can't take off the 10% that goes to General Headquarters.
We might not be able to change things with our opinions, but lets hit them where it going to hurt. In their pocket books!
Give your tithes as offerings or to the rescue mission, home for battered women, but Don't leave your local church dry.
Send the GB a message I started already.
PS: Take Del Campo he is General Board member, District Bishop and, Pastor. Thats three salaries if I am not mistaken. Plus $1,000.00's in expenses for traveling, eating and who knows what else. Its just not right!

Just For Fun

Ran into this today and thought it reflected some of our leadership.

What Went Wrong?

I sit here asking myself what in the world went wrong? How in the world did this so called men of God allow themselves to be used by other forces other then our Lord's?

It's hard for me to figure that one out. Because looking at my life, and I consider my self the least, bottom of the barrel when it comes to serving God, but as for my wife and I, having worked with the young people's group and Jr's, and raising quite a bit of funds for their trips to Disney Land, Magic Mountain and lots of other activities we never misused any funds. We even paid our own way to all the functions, not wanting to use money that the parents had helped work hard to raise for the young people. Quite a few times, even the stuff that we had to buy for the fund raisers came from our own pockets.

I know we all fall short of being perfect, and don't look at men in place of God, but I expect my leaders to be a little better then me, and believe me that wouldn't be hard to do.

Right now with the pastor we have, I think we would be better off without one. Healthy Pastors what a joke. I guess as long they send in their quotas they can go on mistreating the congregations as they please.

I tried once to to inform the bishop of things that were happening, and he hit me up with slander and defamation, I was asking for help and got shot down, and this same Bishop was a member of the QC in 2006. How do you think that makes me feel?

You hide behind the the pulpit "don't touch God's Anointed". What about a better one, "God tells the Pastors and Bishops not to scatter the flock and mistreat them". Follow that one, maybe we will learn to respect you again.

Sure, our Pastor uses the Staff, but not to gather the flock, but to beat us with it.

God Have Mercy on all Of Us.

Wolves Among the Sheep

I still feel the need for an all Anonymous posting Blog. Members of the AA need to know what is going on, which ever it might be, good or bad. We have been kept in the dark way to long, and feel that is one of the reasons we are where we are today.

Bad thing is for every good Bishop or Pastor out there that is good, there seems to be two or three bad ones. Members need to know about the Bishops, Pastors, Choir Directors, Teachers etc. that are taking advantage of members of our assembly both financially and sexually., and are just moved to the mission field or other churches.

Worst thing is that some are being put in areas where they can use their influence even more for their dirty little games.
So saying that, and after the day we had yesterday I will need to approve all Anonymous comments before posting them.
And to the one posting the "prepubescent little sissy" comment, you don't me know and I'm glad I don't know you, but if you have anything else to say, post it, I will read it and if you don't want it posted I won't.
Again I want to say how sorry I was about some of the comments yesterday, those were not my intensions.
